I was looking for an electrician to repair some electrical issues in my house. It took me awhile to find one because they either don't return your calls or fail to show up on the scheduled appointment until I came upon Port City Electric! Jorjina was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They took care of all my electrical issues and more! Their services exceed my expectations! Jorjina is the true example of a person displaying true customer service, A++!!! I definitely recommend them with no hesitations! Again, thank you Port City!

Port City Electric was terrific! Half of the outlets in my house weren't working. Port City took a look and determined that the problem was in the attic. They scheduled within the same week an early morning inspection/repair. During this appointment, they discovered the situation and repaired it. I had them inspect the attic fans, fix them, and install a wall switch. Julian was so helpful in keeping me updated with the progress and explaining the issues. Thank you so much for all your time fixing this old house.

Port City Electric completed work on our outside electrical box and components in order to have solar panels/batteries installed. The customer service from scheduling, obtaining the city permits, work completion, and final inspection were exceptional. The electricians arrived on time, were courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Port City Electric to family and friends.

Contacted Port City Electric early morning. Spoke to Ivan about a piece of equipment that we needed to be disconnected to perform some work. Ivan met with me during lunch time to go over what needed to be done. Gave a fair estimate to complete the job and agreed to have to work done later that day. Kept in touch and communicated every step of the way. Will defiantly use them again. Fairness and honesty go a long way :).

Our business just recently had Port City Electric do work on our outside lights Ivan came out meet with us, and looked into our problem. He found the issue why our lights hadn't been working. The next day his office had a quote sent to us for the work that was needed. Once the quote was approved and signed, Port City Electric set up a date to perform the work. They did a great job and would recommend them to others needing electrical work done. Thank You Port City Electric
